Cashew curry is a hallmark of Sri Lankan cuisine. Aromatic ingredients like turmeric, coconut milk, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and curry leaves. Fish cutlets: popular, crispy golden spheres, which are a quintessential Sri Lankan appetizer or side dish. The class will cover the preparation of the spiced fish and potato filling, breading techniques, and deep-frying to achieve a perfect crunchy exterior and flavorful, soft interior.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
