Chef Moustafa knows a thing or two about dazzling cake creations, and if you have an artistic streak and an appetite for beautiful cakes, this is a chef you want to get to know. Learn how to create a beautiful cake decorated with a variety of borders, filigree and simple floral designs. Culinary and visual artists apply here! Each student will take home one small cake.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
