We've carried Emile Henry Bakeware since Martha opend the store in 1973. Having first purchased her own pieces in France in the early '70's. She was a big fan of the high quality, consistancy and classic colors. From Soufles to pie dishes, tartines and everyday bakers each piece made of clay and enameled for a non-stick experience, made these some of her favoirtes for the kitchen. We have honored the tradition and conintue to carry the line today.
