Join Chef Moustafa in learning and practicing the foundational kitchen techniques it takes to create an elegant Parisian brunch menu. You'll leave this session with elevated weekend cooking skills along with a bit of Parisian flair. Oui!
Menu: Lemon Caper Chicken Lettuce Wraps; Three Olive Orzo Salad; Brioche Toasts with Bacon Jam.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
