Join local chocolatier Jason Moldan of The Minnesota Chocolate Lab for a hands-on bonbon class inspired by European tradition. In this intimate class, youâll paint your own chocolate molds, fill them with ganache or caramel, and explore chocolate's rich history through a guided tasting. Walk away with a dozen beautifully crafted bonbons, ready to enjoy or share.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
