Join us for a hands on pasta-making adventure! Learn to shape pasta dough by hand — no machine needed. Craft orecchiette, farfalle and cavatelli to pair with a hearty chicken ragu, where you'll master searing, deglazing and braising. Elevate your veggie game and finish with decadent chocolate-almond cookies using a butter and sugar creaming technique to apply to many baking recipes in the future.

Menu: Pasta Dough (orecchiette, farfalle, cavatelli); Chicken Ragu; Roasted Broccoli and Tomato Salad; Chocolate-Almond Cookie.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
