There is more than meets the eye to creating simple elegant fare. In this hands-on class, you'll explore a fresh take on creating risotto by working with and incorporating elevated flavors. Cap off the experience with another beautifully simple recipe for dessert — pure culinary bliss!

Menu: Lombardy-Style Risotto with Chicken; Bitter Green Salad with Apricot and Goat Cheese; Peach Skillet Crisp. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
