We're taking a tasting trip through Egypt in this no-passport-required, hands-on class. Together we’ll cook a variety of traditional and beloved Egyptian delicious street foods. Focusing on techniques utilizing knife skills, searing & sauteing while incorporating bold flavors, we'll create pyramid-worthy bites.
Menu: Koshari (lentils, rice and crispy onions); Hawashi (spiced beef filled pita); Salata Baladi (tomato and cucumber salad).
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
