We're taking knife skills back to school, back to the kitchen, in this hands-on knife skills building class. Enhanced slicing, dicing and chopping techniques will help you with efficiency, speed and less fatigue while making meals, lunches and of course snacks! Each register guest will take home a Wüsthof 6" Chef's knife, a $170 value. That's a big deal!
Menu: Bruschetta; French Fries.
Classes are designed for participants.s 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
