In this hands-on experience we will guide you in the creation of a delightful dinner using fresh seasonal ingredients while focusing on grilling techniques, knife skills and fresh dessert making. You will take home delicious entertaining recipes to easily make at home.
Menu: Grilled Mahi-Mahi Swicy Tacos; Chili-Lime Slaw; Tajin Melon Skewers; Strawberry-Lime Shortcakes.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
