This Tomahawk Pork Chop is a long, bone-in chop cut from the middle of the loin and down through the rib. Very tender and packed with juicy pork flavor. Delicious prepared by rubbing a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides and slapping on a hot grill. It's so good you don't really need to do anything else. It's so big you may want to share, but after you taste it, you probably will think twice!
