Mindful Cooking with Faith's Lodge and Chris Freytag - September 24, 2019
Wellness and mindfulness come together with beautiful fresh ingredients and delicious recipes that nurture the soul. Who doesn't want a bit of that in their life? In this demonstration style class you will be introduced to the wonderful benefits of how cooking with fresh, whole ingredients can lead to a happier, healthier you. With a "30 minute meals" focus, recipes will come to life introducing tips and tricks of successful mindful eating for both individuals and families on the go. This class will be team taught by Chris Freytag, Certified Health Coach and Founder of Get Healthy U, and Cooks Chef Lorelei. A portion of the proceeds from this class will benefit Faith's Lodge.
