Kids Camp: Le Petit Patisserie - June 29, 30, and July 1, 2020




For kids who are ready to learn how to make first-class French pastries, sign them up for French pastry heaven. In this camp kids will learn how to make a variety of the best soft, sweet, flaky and sticky treats this side of the Seine. Delicieux!

This class is a three-day series on June 29, 30, and July 1. Seats are for kids only, ages 8-12.

Menu: Day One: Cream Patisserie Fruit Tarts; Citrus Curd Tart; Berry Clafoutis; Tarte Tatin. Day Two: Madeleines; Chocolate Souffle; Pate a Choux Swans. Day Three: Easy Chocolate Truffles; Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce; Chocolate Mousse Parfaits; Rolled Chocolate Cookies.
