Slice, dice and mince your way through this fantastic summer camp all about precision and honing those kitchen skills. Slide up next to Chef Tracy and practice the basics while completing a few fun every day recipes to take home. Chop chop!

This class is a three-day series on August 9,10, and 11. Seats are for kids only, ages 8-12.

Menu: Day One: Salsa and Chips; Breakfast Burrito; Mexican Chocolate Loaf Cake with Ganache. Day Two: Green Salad and Vinaigrette; Bacon- Gruyere Scone; Herby Chicken Salad. Day Three: Waterfall Beef Salad; Sushi Rice Balls with Dipping Sauce; Thai Tea Cupcakes.
