When news landed that an intimate, chef driven, Italian-Mediterranean restaurant would be opening just a few blocks East of our shop in St. Paul, we were curious. As we watched the space take shape, our curiosity elevated. When we read the opening menu posted in the window, we knew we needed a date on the calendar. The evening arrived, we took our first sips and bites, and we smiled. When we met Chef Rikki and his charming folks, we knew that we'd found a regular destination. A neighborhood spot that's thoughtful in it's food preparation, delicious cocktails and hosts a wonderful, slightly eclectic wine list. We're huge fans! 

Hyacinth is a gem and we're thrilled to have Chef Rikki visiting Cooks. Join us. Meet Rikki and experience a master plying his craft. This is sure to be a special evening!

Menu: Orange salad with Roasted Carrots, Herbs, Cumin and Sesame Seeds; Roasted Cabbage with Bagna Cauda and Toasted Breadcrumbs; Linguine with Mussels, Saffron and Fennel; Siringate with Cinnamon Sugar.

A wine pairing option will be available for purchase at check-in on the day of the dinner. So, come a few minutes early!
