Its the time to learn the ins and outs of your summer kitchen. We want to help you feel cool and confident. Chef Phillip and Chef Randi are ready to teach you everything you need to know to master any culinary challenge of 2022! As you cook (and eat!), we will discuss, in depth, ingredients and equipment, guide you through how to make the most of the summer bounty. You'll leave with the confidence to tackle any recipe. This series is both for the beginner and accomplished cook.

The series of four classes occurs every Monday evening on July 11, 18, 25 and August 1. 

Menu: Week 1: Canning: Honey-Blackberry Jam (Demonstration). Week 2: Grilling: Meat and Vegetables (Participation). Week 3: Ice Cream, Gazpacho and Vinaigrette (Participation). Week 4: Streusel-Topped Berry Pie (Participation).
