It's time to learn the ins and outs of your kitchen. We want to help you feel comfortable and confident. Chef Rebecca is ready to teach you everything you need to know to master any culinary challenge! Each week as you cook (and eat!), we will discuss a topic, in depth, ingredients and equipment, guide you through how to make the most of your pantry staples, and answer all the burning culinary questions you have. You'll leave with the confidence to tackle any recipe. We will cap off the series with a dinner party menu that incorporates many of your newly honed skills! This class is both for the beginner and accomplished cook. The series of five classes occurs Tuesday evenings on January 13, 20, 27, February 3 and 10.

Menu: Knife Skills: Pico de Gallo and Chips; Crudité and Hummus. Sauces: Crème Anglaise with Berries; Classic Eggs Benedict. Doughs: Pasta with Marinara and Alfredo Sauce. Baking: Apple Pie; Savory Hand Pies. Dinner Party: Sautéed Chicken with Herbed Beurre Blanc; Roasted Vegetables; Chocolate Pudding and Whipped Cream.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
