ONLINE PRODUCT PURCHASES Of course we hope that you love your new purchase. But if for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package for a full refund. After 30 days and up to 6 months we will issue a gift certificate.
If we shipped the wrong item to you or if it was defective or damaged during shipping, we will pay the cost to have it shipped back to us. However, if the item just isn’t what you thought it would be or if you received it as a gift and it just isn’t your style, we will deduct the cost of shipping and handling from your refund.
So if you decide you want to return an item, please call 651-292-0949 ext 40 or email cookie@cooksofcrocushill.com to make arrangements for UPS to come pick the item up at your doorstep. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. To receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by a Cooks representative before they are shipped to us. Unauthorized returns and/or returns not sent via our carrier will be rejected.
And for your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on our website at any of our retail locations.
IN-STORE PRODUCT PURCHASES
A receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanged must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. All clearance merchandise, special order and gift certificate sales are final.
Returns within 30 days of the original purchase date with a receipt receive an even exchange or full refund based on the original method of payment. Purchases over $50 made with a check or cash will be mailed a refund check within 30 days.
Returns made after 30 days and up to 6 months of the original purchase date with a receipt will be issued a gift certificate.
Returns made with a gift receipt will be issued a gift certificate only.
Damaged purchases may require the customer to contact the vendor director. Please contact the store manager for details.
